Who I Am
Certified Structural Engineer and Flight instructor
A U.S. Army veteran, structural engineer, educator, entrepreneur, and certified flight instructor. For nearly three decades, I have dedicated my career to building, leading, and delivering results across some of the most complex environments in the world.
As a Senior Project Manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Defense, I successfully directed multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and reconstruction programs, delivering more than 600 projects and earning honors including the Purple Heart, Silver Star, and Bronze Star with Valor.
Beyond engineering, I have pursued excellence in multiple disciplines, holding two Ph.D.s and four master’s degrees, while expanding into IT, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence. I use these skills to bridge technology, aviation, and engineering into solutions that serve both people and organizations.
Today, I channel that experience into Katcoot Chicken Farm, a sustainable agribusiness project designed to fuel local communities and the future of food security. At the same time, I teach and mentor as a Certified Flight Instructor at Lehigh Carbon Community College, shaping the next generation of aviators.
At the core, I am driven by service, integrity, and innovation. My mission is simple: to build systems, businesses, and opportunities that make a lasting impact.

My Story
was born in Egypt and later migrated to the United States, where I proudly joined the U.S. Army Special Forces. My military service shaped my discipline, leadership, and commitment to service, a foundation that carried into my career in the federal government. As part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Department of State, I delivered critical infrastructure projects around the world, often in high-pressure environments where success meant making a difference for entire communities.
Beyond my professional life, I have always believed in serving others. I volunteered as an EMT and Fire Police in my county, and I continue to give back through my role on the board of God’s Helping Hands Ministry, supporting veterans and their families.
After retiring from civil service, I pursued a lifelong dream of aviation, earning my commercial pilot license and certification as a flight instructor. Today, I’m embarking on a new chapter, building Katcoot Chicken Farm, a sustainable poultry business designed to provide food security and opportunities for future generations.
At every stage of my journey, one constant remains: a passion for service, leadership, and building a legacy that uplifts others.
